Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pura Vida Connections LLC ("The Systematic One", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit thesystematicone.com (the "Site") or use our custom strategy services (the "service"). Pura Vida Connections LLC is the controller of your personal information. Contact: hello@thesystematicone.com.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Email address, when you sign up through a form or popup, submit a brief, or ask to talk to a human. We also record where you signed up.
- Assistant conversations, the text of your conversations with the assistant on the Site.
- Briefs and contact requests, including your email, the description of your strategy idea, and the conversation transcript.
- Correspondence with us by email, including quotes and project communication.
- Project materials, your rule sheet and strategy code during the engagement.
1.2 Voice
Voice is off unless you turn it on.
- Voice input uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Depending on your browser, your audio may be processed by the browser provider (for example, Google for Chrome) under that provider's privacy policy. We receive only the resulting text.
- Spoken replies. The text of the assistant's reply is sent to ElevenLabs to produce audio. The audio file is cached on Cloudflare for 7 days.
1.3 Information collected automatically
- IP address. For each request to the assistant we store only a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your IP address, used to apply daily usage limits. The hash is deleted after 2 days.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages visited, device, browser, approximate location, referring site) using cookies. See Section 7.
- Popup state. Your browser's local storage and session storage remember whether you have seen or closed a popup. This contains no personal information and stays on your device.
1.4 Information we do not collect
We do not collect your broker, prop firm or TradingView logins, passwords or API keys. We do not see or store your card details. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your brief, prepare a quote and deliver the service;
- To communicate with you about your engagement and provide support;
- To process payments and keep tax records;
- To run, protect and improve the Site and the assistant;
- To send you emails about The Systematic One if you signed up. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
We do not use your strategy rules for any other purpose, and we do not sell your personal information.

The Systematic One uses the same Kit and Google Analytics accounts as Puravida Edge, a product of the same company. Data from this Site is marked separately within those accounts.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. For transfers from the EEA and UK we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or other mechanisms approved under applicable law.
6. How long we keep it

Build log entries are anonymous and contain no personal information.
7. Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure how the Site is used. Visitors in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EEA and the UK can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and not be discriminated against under the CCPA and CPRA; we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights, which we honour.
To exercise a right, email hello@thesystematicone.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days, which may be extended by 60 days for complex requests with notice to you. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you; every quote is prepared by an analyst.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
The Site and the service are not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy and will change the "Last updated" date. For material changes we will tell you by email or on the Site.
