Describe your idea
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know Pine Script?

No. You describe the idea; we write the rules with you and the code ourselves.

Who owns the strategy?

You do. Source code and rule sheet are yours after payment; we keep an anonymized row in the build log.

What if the idea does not pass the tests?

You get the validation report that shows why. In Strategy build one round of rule changes is included. We do not deploy a strategy that did not pass.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes, at any point. Ask the assistant for a human and the conversation moves to email; the analyst replies within 24 hours on business days.

How long does a build take?

A typical build takes 10 business days from the approved rule sheet, not counting the time you take to decide at each stage.

Can you tell me if my strategy will pass my prop firm's evaluation?

No one can promise that. What we do is simulate it: 1,500 Monte Carlo paths of your strategy's modeled trades under your firm's current rules, with the share of paths that reach the target. The result is in your validation report.

Which platforms do you build for?

TradingView and Pine Script. Other platforms are not offered at the moment.

Do you need my account password?

No. The service does not trade on your account and does not store your login details or keys. You connect the bridge to your account yourself, with us on the call.

How does payment work?

50% when you accept the quote, 50% at delivery: of the validation report (Validation), the code (Strategy build) or after the first live trade (Build and deploy).

Can I get a refund?

The deposit is non-refundable once paid: it books the analyst's time and starts the work. If you stop during the build, the second payment is not charged.

What is a rule sheet?

A one-page description of the strategy in plain English: market, instrument, timeframe, entry, exit, stop, time filters, sizing and session, plus a list of assumptions. You approve it before any code is written.

Do you publish my strategy?

No. The build log shows an anonymized row: market, type of rules, build time, and modeled vs live after 30 and 90 days. Never the rules.
