Custom strategy sized for a prop firm account
Sizing, drawdown model and daily limit of your account are part of the rule sheet and of the tests.
A prop firm account ends on two numbers: the drawdown floor and the daily loss limit. A strategy for such an account is sized to them and tested against them before it goes live.
What changes for a prop firm account
- Sizing set from the account size and drawdown model (trailing end-of-day or static).
- Account fit test: max end-of-day drawdown at most 70% of the account limit, worst day at most 70% of the daily limit.
- Monte Carlo: 5th percentile max drawdown within the account limit, blow rate at most 20%.
Current published rules of many prop firms are listed on Puravida Edge.
Challenge pass simulation. We replay the strategy's modeled trades through 1,500 Monte Carlo paths under the exact rules of your prop firm and account size: profit target, drawdown model, daily limit, minimum days and consistency rule. It is a simulation from modeled trades, not a prediction of your evaluation result. See robustness tests.
The service does not promise that an evaluation is passed or that payouts follow.
